PayFlex is becoming Inspira Financial, with no major impact on current TexFlex operations. PayFlex, the third-party administrator of TexFlex flexible spending accounts (FSAs), is rebranding as Inspira Financial. The change will have very little impact on how you use your TexFlex account(s).

Campus Services Outages Set for Feb. 8

Â鶹ÊÓƵ Information Technology will be performing required network maintenance on Thursday, Feb. 8 from 7 - 11 p.m. During this time all campus services and applications will experience intermittent outages; regular internet access will not be impacted.
Off campus services such as email and Blackboard will not be affected.

The deadline is extended to Feb. 15 for submissions to the Graduate Research Conference to be held on March 28 in the Setzer Center. The conference will focus on AI, but there are open topics and sessions from all fields of inquiry.

Date: Monday, Feb. 19, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Location: Carl Parker Building
The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Campus Post Office (window sale area only) will be closed Monday, Feb. 19, in observance of President's Day. All other services will remain open. The post office will resume full service on Tuesday, Feb. 20.

The Office of Undergraduate Research is seeking proposals from undergraduate students in all areas of discipline at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Recipients will receive up to $1,000 in research support and the opportunity to present their research at EXPO 2025. Submissions will be accepted until March 1.
