The new agreement will be from May 2021-May 2022. This will include maintenance for the devices used to issue and record citations in the field.
Dr. Wagner reported that the budget for Parking is in sound shape. There is approximately $250,000.00 in the budget for maintenance etc. and a shortfall of approximately $200,000.00 allocated to new signage for parking lots.
Kent O’Quinn reported that students are still having issues with the Senior Lot (C-1). Some complaints have been voiced regarding students who do not qualify as Seniors under the Parking Regulations are unable to park in C-1 in the mornings to access the Recreation Center. Also the signage at C-! is not adequate to alert students of the restrictions in force for C-1 lot. He suggested some thought be given to a plan to better educate students regarding the Rules and Regulations for parking on Â鶹ÊÓƵ property.
