Student Tutoring and Academic Coaching
Undergraduate ResearchWe know where our students go after graduation, because we help them get there. Our Career Development Office provide ongoing support to students through organizing workshops, information sessions, and career preparation courses, as well as individual advisement.
Your student's safety is important to us. Certified Texas peace officers patrol campus, enforce local, state and federal laws; and investigate violations. Officers are assigned regular shifts to monitor university housing and adjacent parking lots. In the evenings, a free shuttle service provides transportation for around campus, and campus is equipped with blue-light courtesy call boxes, an Alert system, and security cameras.
We think about health and wellness on a broader level and offer a student health center, counseling and psychological services, disability services, wellness courses, recreation and intramural teams, and so much more.
