Our facilities include the Sheila Umphrey Recreational Sports Center, the Indoor Pool, and Intramural Sports Fields.

Exercise Recreational Sports Center Rock Wall Treadmills at Rec Center

You can have fun and stay fit at the Sheila Umphrey Recreational Sports Center. This facility includes:

  • 43- foot Rock Climbing Wall
  • Indoor Walking Track
  • The latest Workout Equipment
  • Basketball, Racquetball, and Volleyball Courts
  • Game Room and Lounge
  • Group Fitness Classes and much more!

Â鶹ÊÓƵ students have an automatic membership!

Rec Sports Programs

  • Aquatics

    Recreational Sports provides an indoor 25-yard, 6-lane pool to its patrons. This facility is open to all Â鶹ÊÓƵ/LIT students, faculty, staff, and alumni who have a valid Â鶹ÊÓƵ or LIT identification card.

    We also host:

    • Swimming classes
    • Lifeguard certification classes
    • Water safety instructor certification classes
    • CPR classes

    * A certified lifeguard is always on duty
